The control boxes in the ADC Theatre are used to control lighting and sound during the show. They are accessed via the lift, or across the roof void. (To access the roof void: up one ladder to the counterweights gallery, through the Number 10 door, through the patch bay, across the roof void, and down a short ladder.) Not that there is no accessible fire-exit; the lift is not a fire exit.
There are two boxes separated by a door; access to the bar roof void is from the boxes. The stage-side wall has large windows to the auditorium, sockets and a houselight control panel.
