The Theatre Manager is in charge of the ADC Theatre. It is a full-time paid position that is usually filled by an ex-student and/or someone who has spent time in one of the other ADC Management positions.
The Theatre Manager is in charge of the whole theatre, and oversees the show selection panel. As head of department, they are technically a member of academic staff. They report to the Chairman of the Executive Committee.
