In ADC Theatre, the Technical Representative (TR in short) is the person responsible for the safe planning and execution of a production, predominantly during get-ins and Get-outs. Typically a show has two people signed off as TR:
- someone like the Lighting Designer who will make sure that the lighting rigging and patching is done safely;
- someone like the Technical Director who will make sure that the set construction is done safely.
