Risk assessment
Shows at the ADC Theatre or Corpus Playroom need to carry out specific risk assessments to be approved by ADC Management before the [get-in]. This comprises of 5 sections and Section 1 (or the General Information Form) is usually completed by the Producer then Section 2,3,5 by the Technical Director and/or Lighting Designer. Section 4 is completed by the Stage Manager. Smaller shows such as a lateshow or a ONS (One Night Stand) will have a reduced risk assessment to complete.
